The shipment of your package

Packages are usually shipped within 5-6 days after receipt of payment and shipped via DHL with signature check and delivery. Whatever type of delivery you choose, we will give you a link to check online the path of your package.

The delivery times are approximate because shipments are managed directly by the courier, so they are no way binding for Sal De Riso s.r.l. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:

a) that the number of the packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document attached to the goods;

b) that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing strips if present. In the case of products with packaging not suitable for safeguarding, due to possible damage caused by transport, the customer must refuse delivery and immediately notify Sal De Riso S.r.l. which will re-send.

In the event that the goods have not been collected within three working days of the courier's notice of passage, the cost of storing the goods at the courier's warehouse will be charged to the customer if he has not proceeded to book the collection following the courier's notice of passage. The shipping costs are not inclusive of the porterage for the delivery of goods on the floor.

Shipping costs include packing and postage charges. The packaging costs are fixed, while shipping ones vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend to group your items in one order.

We can not group two separate orders executed separately and to each of it will be applied shipping costs. Your package will be sent under your responsibility, but special attention is reserved for fragile items. The boxes are reasonably sized and your items are well protected.

For shipments outside the EU we must point out that customs costs to be borne by the recipient may be required at the time of delivery.
