Soft naturally leavened dough without raisins and candied citron.
Ingredients: Type 0 and 00 wheat flour, fresh butter (16.60%), pasteurized fresh egg yolks (11.60%), water, sugar, natural sourdough yeast (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, powdered milk, barley malt, Bourbon and Tahiti Islands vanilla beans.
Filling: Limoncello pastry cream (13.30%) (glucose syrup, water, sugar, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, alcoholic Limoncello flavoring (1.25%), egg yolk, pectin), candied orange cubes (10.43%) (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup, water), candied Costa d'Amalfi I.G.P. lemon peels (3.65%) (we use 900 g of "Costa d'Amalfi" I.G.P. lemon peels for every kg of finished product) (Costa d'Amalfi I.G.P. lemon peels, sifted sugar, glucose syrup, water), lemon essential oil.
Topping: White chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), candied orange cubes, and lemon chocolate shavings (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, powdered whey, lactose, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor, coloring: carrot extract), Limoncello pastry cream.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing the product at a temperature exceeding 20°C. It is recommended to consume the product as soon as possible as it does not contain preservatives.
