Ingredients: wheat flour type 0 and 00, fresh butter (16.60%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks category A (11.60%), water, sugar, natural leavening from refreshment (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, powdered milk, barley malt, vanilla bean powder from the Bourbon and Tahiti Islands.

Filling: candied apricot cubes (20.00%) (apricots, glucose-fructose syrup, sieved sugar, acidifier: citric acid).

Glaze: egg white, sugar, ALMONDS (16%), HAZELNUTS, rice flour, corn starch, high oleic sunflower oil and almond essential oil, sugar grains, and amaretto crumble (3%) (sugar, wheat flour type "0", powdered egg white, apricot kernels, corn starch, flavor).

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing the product at a temperature above 20°C. It is recommended to consume the product as soon as possible since it contains no preservatives.
