Soft leavened dough.

Ingredients: wheat flour type 0 and 00, fresh butter (16.60%), pasteurized egg yolks cat. A (11.60%), herbal infusion (water, orange peel, cinnamon, cloves, coriander, nutmeg and colorant E120), sugar, natural sourdough starter (gluten), acacia honey, salt, milk powder, barley malt, Bourbon and Tahiti vanilla beans powder.

Filling: 60% Domori dark chocolate (10%) (Cosi d'Avorio cocoa paste, cane sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), candied orange cubes (8.7%) (orange peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose), candied mandarin cubes (mandarin peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, concentrated lemon juice).

INSIDE THE BOX YOU WILL FIND A PIPING BAG OF ALKERMES CREAM (NET WEIGHT 120 G).

Alkermes cream ingredients: glucose syrup, fresh CREAM 35% fat, sugar, water, Alkermes 70° alcoholic food flavoring (10%), condensed MILK, fresh BUTTER, pectin, Bourbon and Tahiti vanilla beans.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing the product at temperatures above 20°C. It is recommended to consume the product as soon as possible as it does not contain preservatives.

Allergens: may contain peanuts, lupin, sesame and tree nuts. Contains gluten, milk, eggs, barley and soy.
