Ingredients : 00 and 0 wheat flour, fresh butter ( 13,50%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks (11,30%), water, sugar, natural yeast (gluten), Italian acacia honey, sea salt, milk powder, barley malt, vanilla beans from Bourbon Island and Tahiti.
Stuffing : candied pineapple (7.50%) (pineapple, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, citric acid, E202) and Candonga strawberries (7.50%) (Candonga strawberries, Italian white cane sugar, glucose syrup).
Covering : white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin added as emulsifier, natural vanilla flavour), custard cream (glucose syrup, water, sugar, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, egg yolk, pectin) and liquor Strega Alberti.
Allergens : it may contain traces of peanuts, shell nuts, lupins and sesame.
It contains gluten, milk, eggs, barley and soy.
