Ingredients : 00 and 0 wheat flour, fresh butter ( 13,50%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks (11,30%), water, sugar, natural yeast (gluten), Italian acacia honey, sea salt, milk powder, barley malt, vanilla beans from Bourbon Island and Tahiti.
Stuffing : special candied black cherries (22,80%) (black cherries, glucose syrup-fructose, sugar, concentrated lemon juice, plant extracts), custard scented with vanilla (18,12%) (glucose syrup, water, sugar, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, alcoholic vanilla flavouring (1,20%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks, vanilla beans from Bourbon Island and Tahiti, pectin),
Covering : white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin added as emulsifier, natural vanilla flavour), custard, special candied black cherries and alcoholic vanilla flavouring.
