Ingredients: 00 and 0 wheat flour, fresh butter (12,50%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks (11,00%), sugar, water, natural yeast (gluten), Italian acacia honey, sea salt, milk powder, barley malt, vanilla beans from Bourbon Island and Tahiti.
Stuffing: dark chocolate ganache cream (22,50%) [dark chocolate (cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), fresh UHT cream, water, sugar, cocoa 22-24%, dextrose, glucose, vanilla pods], candied apricot cubes (20,00%) (apricots, glucose-fructose syrup, sifted sugar, acidifier: citric acid) and vanilla pods from the Bourbon and Tahiti Islands.
Glaze : sugar, Italian almonds (0,90%), egg white, hazelnuts (0,90%), sponge cake powder (soft wheat flour type 00, egg yolks, potato starch, sugar, baking powder: diphosphate sodium E450i, sodium hydrogen carbonate E500ii, corn starch), unsweetened cocoa powder, sunflower oil, corn flour, potato starch and corn starch.
