Naturally leavened baked confectionery product.

Soft leavened dough without candied orange cubes and almond glaze.

Ingredients: wheat flour type 0 and 00, fresh butter (16.60%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks cat. "A" (11.60%), water, sugar, natural refreshed yeast (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, milk powder, barley malt, powdered Bourbon and Tahiti Islands vanilla beans.

Filling: white chocolate drops (14.00%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), orange paste (orange peels, sugar, glucose syrup).

Coating: Pistachio paste ("Verde di Bronte PDO" pistachio 4%) (32%), Sugar, pistachio grains, Vegetable Fats (Sunflower and Coconut), skimmed Milk powder, Cocoa Butter, Maltodextrins, Soy Lecithin, salt and coloring: Chlorophyllin.
