Filling: candied pears (17.50%) (pears, white sugar, glucose syrup, water).
Coating: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), ricotta cream, hazelnut cookie cubes (roasted Italian hazelnuts, fresh pasteurized eggs, sugar, potato starch), candied pears, cocoa butter.
